This means that we, as the organizer, are responsible for the entire trip. From flights to accommodation and any additional services, ensuring everything runs as it should. You are also covered by a statutory travel guarantee under Swedish law, which ensures a refund of your payments and, if necessary, repatriation in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Resio is registered with the Kammarkollegiet and has provided the legally required travel guarantee.

The guarantee is administered by Kammarkollegiet and is designed to provide you with financial protection as a traveler. The travel guarantee applies in situations where a trip cannot be carried out as planned, for example if the organizer becomes insolvent. In such cases, it ensures that you are refunded for any services that could not be delivered.
If you are already at your destination when something occurs, the guarantee also covers necessary costs for your return journey, allowing you to travel home safely without additional expenses. Resio has provided the travel guarantee required by law, meaning we meet the financial security requirements set for Swedish tour operators.
